1 Box Penne Pasta (or your favorite pasta)
1 Lb Shrimp (Peeled and Devained)
4 Breaded Chicken Breasts (Pounded Flat)
1 Small can of Mushroom Stems & Pieces
1 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup of Butter
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Shallots (Small White Onion Stalks)Slightly Minced
1/2 Cup Half & Half
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper Cream Sauce to taste
Fix Penne Pasta and set aside.
Brown Chicken Breasts and set aside.
In a large skillet, Saute Onions & Garlic in Butter
Add mushrooms, wine & shrimp and simmer for five minutes
Add Half & Half, Lemon Juice, salt & pepper to taste
Thicken above until a thick cream consistancy
Pour over Breaded Chicken Breasts and Pasta and Enjoy
