Mix olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. Cut Scallops in half, if over 1" in diameter. Arrange Scallops, Shrimp and vegetables alternatively on 4 ten" skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak for ½ hour in cold water before using) brush with lemon-thyme mixture. Grill 4" from medium coals (10-15 minutes), brushing frequently with mixture - until Scallops are opaque in center, and Shrimp are pink.
