White wine, lemon and garlic are the basis for this marinated shrimp recipe.
1 lb. large or medium Shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
6 whole peppercorns(opt.)
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Wash Shrimp in cold water and drain. Prepare marinade. Marinate in large baking dish at least 2 hours. Arrange on rack and grill over medium heat about 5 minutes each side.
