Recipe
-Qty desired - Large or Extra Large shrimp - frozen or thawed raw shrimp with the shell on.
-1/2 slice Wellshire Farms Dry Rubbed Bacon per shrimp -1 cup chipotle bbq glaze (or substitute sauce below)
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 to 2 tablespoons chipotle puree
Mix all ingredients together. Devein and butterfly each shrimp according to the video. Pat shrimp dry. Grill until almost done. Brush all sides with glaze or sauce and continue cooking 2 - 3 more minutes or until done.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt, less if desired
1/4 tsp pepper, less if desired
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low to medium heat for approx. 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Makes approx. 1 cup. Recipe can be doubled for more, and the level of chipotle pepper can be adjusted to suit your taste.
Bacon Substitute: Check your local grocery store for any type of smoked bacon or maple bacon.
