This Creole Shrimp Dip gets seasoned to your liking. Add the amount of hot sauce and creole seasoning to suit your taste or if making it for a party, it is a good idea to keep it less spicy.
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese - softened
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
5 or 6 stalks celery
1 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Creole seasoning
3 or 4 lbs. Shrimp, boiled
Cream mayonnaise and cream cheese until soft. Chop celery, onion and bell pepper fine. Boil shrimp, peel and discard peels & tails, chop Shrimp into fine pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Add hot and creole seasoning to taste.
Serve with crackers.
